Tasks
Treasury Operations & Period-End Processes
- Execute and oversee critical treasury operational activities, including accounting instructions, dividend tracking, and guarantee fee invoicing.
- Perform accrual calculations, validations, and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and completeness.
- Support SWIFT processing and monitor file transfer activities to ensure successful transaction execution.
- Manage and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual period-end processes within defined timelines and reporting cycles.
- Perform ICFR control checks in line with internal policies and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, timeliness, and control adherence across treasury operations.
Business-IT Operations & System Support
- Provide ongoing user support, issue resolution, and coordination of bug fixes.
- Perform functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing for system releases and changes.
- Conduct system health checks, monitor system stability, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Manage user access rights.
- Maintain system and process documentation, training materials, and user manuals.
Treasury Systems Transformation & Delivery Management
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Gather, structure, and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Drive system integration testing and user acceptance testing coordination, defect tracking, and implementation governance.
- Manage delivery planning, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
- Execute transformation initiatives, including Alice migration, system enhancements, and release upgrades.
Reporting & Data Quality
- Provide structured reporting on project progress, testing outcomes, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure data integrity, process compliance, and documentation standards.
- Maintain audit trails, controls, and governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of treasury processes, including guarantees, capital measures, letters of credit, accruals, invoicing, and controls, with experience in period-end activities and compliance.
- Certifications or practical experience in project management, Agile delivery, business analysis, treasury systems, automation tools, or cloud-based enterprise solutions are advantageous.
- 7–10 years of experience in Treasury with a mix of core functional expertise and systems understanding.
- Proven experience bridging business and IT teams for treasury systems delivery, including requirements specification, testing coordination, and change management.
- Hands-on experience with treasury management system operations, including system health checks, user rights management, master data maintenance, and period-end processing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
