As a Depositary Control Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Understanding and performing complex fund controls with minimum support.
- Investigating and analyzing all exceptions identified in ALTO, including determining the status of breaches as active, passive, warning, or technical.
- Analyzing fund prospectuses and information from external data providers such as Bloomberg and Telekurs.
- Understanding and analyzing UCITS legal rules and legal requirements.
- Understanding client and country-specific investment limits.
- Reviewing all breach items and entering them into the ALTO system.
- Providing explanations and information to the oversight team about new breaches identified during the day through email communication.
- Understanding and performing controls for PCS funds.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting and Finance-related subjects.
- One year of experience in investment compliance, fund accounting, or financial services; fresh graduates with a relevant finance or financial instruments background may also apply.
- Basic understanding of financial products and derivative instruments.
- Mandatory written and oral English proficiency.
- German, Italian, or French language skills are considered an advantage.
- Relevant financial education is desirable.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Access is an advantage.
