Location: Primark Dundrum, Dublin
Salary: €52,559
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7

About the role
The Department Manager plays a pivotal role at Primark, with genuine accountability and ownership. Managers are empowered within a structured framework to support their team’s growth and enhance the customer experience.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
- Take responsibility for at least one department, including stock ordering and merchandising.
- Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives.
- Provide a superior level of customer service.
- Drive your own development through digital learning and career pathways.
- Oversee the store for the shift in the absence of senior management.
