The Regional Process Lead is the subject matter expert in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) workstream and FP&A end-to-end processes, and is the first point of contact for the OpCo Process Lead. The primary objective is to ensure implementation of the Global Template solution following the DBB transition methodology.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Identifying and analyzing user requirements within functional areas.
  • Providing expert knowledge of the subject area and transition methodology.
  • Closing gaps between the “as-is” and “to-be” situations.
  • Ensuring configuration, processing and implementation of process-area software modules and relevant interfaces.
  • Identifying business process and technology improvements and escalating them to the Business Solutions team.
  • Promoting adoption of business practices and processes used by the new Global Template solution.
  • Supporting OpCos throughout their change management journey and ensuring sustainable adoption of changes.
  • Driving and executing stakeholder engagement jointly with key stakeholders.
  • Developing necessary processes and procedural changes with OpCos to accommodate the Global Template solution.
  • Fostering active participation and ownership of the new solution, including processes and tools, within OpCos.
  • Ensuring effective knowledge transfer through documentation, training and other supporting activities.
  • Providing a communication link between project teams through regular Project Team and Team Leader meetings.
  • Contributing to status reporting.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • A university Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a complex international environment, driving transformation projects or programs.
  • Experience distilling the voice of the customer and converting it into initiatives.
  • Experience working within and implementing complex change projects.
  • Problem-solving skills using techniques to identify the root cause of issues.
  • A high level of autonomy.
  • Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders with conflicting interests.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience building trusted and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to bring people along on the DBB transformational change journey.
  • Project management, organisational and planning skills, and change management experience.
  • Strong cultural awareness and versatility in styles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and through others.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in ambiguous situations, deal with complexity and manage time pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
