Your role
We are seeking an exceptional and energetic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Lead to spearhead our Australian and New Zealand D365 Finance and Operations team. This pivotal role is central to driving growth and success within the ANZ region.
You will lead the D365 F&O practice, drive growth, foster innovation, motivate people and ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients. You will join and lead a large team of D365 F&O professionals with extensive experience and a strong pedigree in the ANZ market.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor and inspire the D365 Finance and Operations team across Australia and New Zealand, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Market Leadership & Business Growth: Grow the D365 F&O business, engage with clients, Microsoft and partners, identify opportunities and expand market presence.
- Solution Architecture & Delivery Governance: Provide strategic leadership and governance for D365 F&O implementations and transformations, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.
- Client Engagement & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, understand client needs and translate them into effective D365 F&O solutions.
- ERP Transformation Expertise: Apply strong domain understanding of ERP transformation, including scope definition, delivery approach, resourcing strategy and risk identification.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, project managers and functional consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Your profile
- Proven ability to lead an ERP delivery team with extensive hands-on experience overseeing ERP implementations.
- Specific D365 F&O experience is highly desirable.
- Strong pedigree in the Australian and New Zealand market.
- Strong understanding of ERP transformation and delivery governance.
- Experience in the Microsoft Partner channel is highly desirable.
- Track record of growing a business and acting as a market maker.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading D365 F&O projects or teams.
