The Direction Stratégie, accompagnement de la Transformation, Innovation identifies, supports, accompanies and pilots the transformations required to achieve LCL’s development and modernization ambitions for its clients.
Reporting to an LCL Consulting Manager, you will work closely with sponsors and programme directors on cross-functional and/or strategic projects for LCL or its subsidiaries.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting project directors in the management and implementation of strategic and cross-functional projects.
- Defining project governance, schedules and associated budgets.
- Monitoring delivery, escalating risks and issues, recommending corrective actions, and managing and communicating project progress through KPIs, deliverables, budget tracking and resource consumption.
- Organising and leading workshops and co-construction meetings.
- Supporting LCL departments through change, identifying change impacts and adapting the support provided to each population.
- Defining appropriate action plans, helping update required documentation, identifying difficulties and escalating alerts where necessary.
- Promoting project methodology adoption and awareness among business teams.
- Working closely with the team responsible for project methodology.
- Ensuring the application of project methodology and supporting business teams with project management and change management.
You will also contribute actively to the development and profile of the Strategy, Transformation Support and Innovation department by proposing and supporting new initiatives.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
- Business school or university training.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in project management and change support, ideally in an external or internal consulting firm.
- Good understanding of banking and financial services organisations and operations.
- Experience in a distribution network is a plus.
- Project methodology skills; agile practice is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Rigour, organisation, analytical ability and facilitation skills.
- Active listening, relational and situational intelligence.
- Curiosity, initiative, adaptability and ability to work transversely.
- Knowledge of a front-office or support banking function is a plus.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Good command of Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent English is appreciated.
