Consultant Industrial Automation
At Capgemini Engineering, you will support operations across Energy, Life Sciences, Mobility, and High Tech industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, Capgemini Engineering, and suppliers to gather requirements and analyze project needs.
- Review and document PLC and SCADA software deliveries to ensure adherence to automation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions on-site and remotely.
- Assess client automation systems to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Build domain-specific knowledge through continuous learning and training.
Your profile
- Experience with PLC, DCS, and/or SCADA systems, such as Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, PCS7, Emerson DeltaV, ABB 800XA, or AVEVA Wonderware.
- Programming experience, with the flexibility to focus on document review and monitoring depending on the project.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client and supplier relationships.
- A solution-oriented approach to optimizing automation processes and ensuring smooth execution.
- A technical background in industrial automation, electrical engineering, or a related field, with knowledge of system integration and process automation.
What we offer
- Gross salary of €3,600 to €5,300 per month, including a mobility allowance of €850 and 8% holiday allowance, based on a 40-hour workweek.

Capgemini Engineering's Manufacturing & Industrial Operations department has over 200 colleagues working on industrial automation, smart factory, and data science projects in the Netherlands and occasionally abroad.
