At LCL, moving forward means enabling our clients to undertake projects in optimal conditions. As a Professional Client Advisor, you are the key partner for artisans, retailers and liberal professionals, supporting the development of their business and management of their personal assets.

  • Develop and actively retain a portfolio of professional clients through targeted prospecting and expert advice.
  • Identify and support professional and personal projects, including financing and investments.
  • Analyze and manage financing needs while focusing on risk control and the overall profitability of the relationship.
  • Coordinate internal experts in wealth management, real estate and business banking to provide a comprehensive offering.
  • Regularly visit clients to understand their activities, strengthen relationships and assess the impact of your work.

Recruitment process

The process includes an Assessfirst questionnaire, a telephone screening with an HR recruiter, an HR interview and an interview with the business manager. All positions are open to people with disabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in banking or corporate finance. At least an initial banking experience, including an internship or apprenticeship, in the professional client market is required. The minimum experience level is 0–2 years.

Required skills include financial and risk analysis, relationship-building, commercial acumen, critical thinking, teamwork, rigor, organization, digital proficiency and adaptability. You should be able to analyze balance sheets and income statements, assess professional risks and understand wealth management.
