Job description

The role of Professional Client Advisor combines two essential pillars of customer relationships: the human pillar, including interpersonal skills, customer service, empathy and trust; and the financial pillar, including risk analysis and management and business development.

As a Professional Client Advisor, you will be a key partner for the entrepreneurs and professionals in your portfolio. You will support them in managing their projects and contribute to the development of their business.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and retaining a portfolio of professional clients through prospecting and advisory activities.
  • Identifying and supporting clients' professional and personal projects.
  • Analyzing and managing clients' financing needs, with particular attention to risk control and the overall profitability of the relationship.
  • Travelling to meet current and prospective clients and assess the results of your financing and prospecting activities.

Requirements

Management position: No. Level: Non-executive.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

You have successful initial experience as a Professional Client Advisor and hold a Bac+3 to Bac+5 qualification. Recent graduates with a Bac+5 from a business school, IAE or university are also considered if they have had an initial banking experience through an apprenticeship or internship.

Minimum experience: 0–2 years.

Skills:

  • Commercial skills, including negotiation, identifying opportunities and persuasion.
  • Rigor and analytical ability, including knowledge of financial tools and risk assessment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Adaptability in a demanding environment and when addressing varied issues.
