The role of Conseiller Clientèle Particuliers combines two essential pillars of customer relations: the human pillar, including interpersonal skills, customer service, empathy and trust; and the financial pillar, including risk analysis, management and business development.
As a Customer Advisor for individual clients, you will support customers throughout the different stages of their lives. You will contribute to their satisfaction and loyalty by responding to their needs and offering suitable products and services.
Main responsibilities
- Advise customers and market products and services suited to each person, including mortgages, consumer loans, insurance and savings.
- Manage current accounts and monitor each case.
- Develop and retain a customer portfolio by applying KYC methods.

Requirements
Minimum two years of higher education (Bac+2). You have at least one year of banking experience in customer relations. The experience level is 0–2 years.
