Purpose
The team owns and develops platform capabilities required to deliver secure and resilient connectivity services across cloud and on-premises environments. This includes cloud networking, infrastructure automation, CI/CD enablement, observability, and automation of network configuration and operational processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Design, build, and operate cloud-based connectivity solutions connecting cloud workloads, on-premises environments, and enterprise services.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code for cloud infrastructure, networking, and platform components.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for software delivery, infrastructure changes, and network changes.
- Develop scripts and automation solutions for network configuration, provisioning, and operational processes.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability practices to ensure platform reliability, performance, and resilience.
- Maintain platform documentation, standards, and best practices.
- Contribute to the platform roadmap by improving automation, reducing operational overhead, and enhancing developer experience.
- Execute stakeholder communication plans, resolve issues, gather feedback, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
What We Are Looking For
- College or university degree in IT, or equivalent education and experience.
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- Solid understanding of IP networking and routing protocols.
- Strong automation and scripting skills, including API integration.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps, version control, and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience working in agile teams on complex global projects.
- Proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
