Your Role
Location: Liège
As a Component Reliability Engineer for the Instrumentation Maintenance department, you will play a key role in:
- Monitoring the ageing and reliability of instrumentation components using performance indicators, and analysing the health of component sub-families in accordance with Component Health Monitoring process standards.
- Developing and maintaining maintenance strategies by equipment family and sub-family, optimising the preventive maintenance programme to maximise efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Managing the full lifecycle of the preventive maintenance programme, ensuring regulatory and equipment qualification requirements are accurately translated and maintained in maintenance plans and procedures.
- Identifying and anticipating equipment obsolescence issues, contributing to the expertise triangle and supporting resolution strategies such as equivalence analyses, commercial grade dedication, and reverse engineering.
Your Profile
- Industrial or Civil Engineering degree in electrical engineering, electromechanics, instrumentation, industrial reliability, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a medium to large-scale industrial environment.
- Expertise in component reliability analysis and familiarity with performance monitoring frameworks and technical investigation methodologies.
- Results-oriented, analytical, organised, rigorous, and able to synthesise complex technical information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively while seeking coaching or guidance when needed.
- Fluent in French and English.
