Compliance Officer - Global Markets H/F

Global Compliance contributes to ensuring that Crédit Agricole CIB's activities and employees comply with applicable legislation, regulations and internal rules relating to banking, finance and reputational risk.

Join Global Markets Regulatory Compliance (GMRC) as a Compliance Officer and become a key contact for CACIB trading, structuring and operations teams. You will report to the Head of Compliance Advisory Fixed Income Trading & Repo.

Your mission

• Advise Front Office and Capital Markets Operations teams on daily regulatory matters and new activities.
• Anticipate regulatory developments, including MiFID 2, MAR, EMIR and SFTR, and support their implementation.
• Identify and assess compliance risks and lead their remediation.
• Develop engaging training to promote a culture of compliance.
• Participate actively in operational committees and strategic forums.

Profile

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent in business, engineering, finance, compliance or law.
• Six to ten years of experience, preferably involving markets, market infrastructure and regulations such as MiFID 2, MAR and EMIR.
• Intellectual curiosity and strong analytical ability.
• Initiative, clear written and oral communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English required for daily use.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
