Job description
You will join Credit Agricole CIB Italy, specifically the Global Compliance Department, which ensures the local Compliance and Financial Security risk function in Milan. The department is the last level of control for regulatory, compliance, anti-money laundering and embargo risks, and provides permanent advice on related topics.
You will support the Local Compliance Officer and senior team members in their daily activities, with a focus on:
- Fulfilling AML, Compliance Markets and Transversal HO quarterly controls and additional local controls as needed.
- Collecting controls performed by other geographies and integrating them into the Branch's general Control Plan.
- Implementing and following up on recommendations identified during internal or external controls and issued by IGE or regulators.
- Formalizing and uploading controls in the internal dedicated tool.
- Producing locally or HO-requested KPIs, dashboards and reports.
- Contributing to local and HO-driven risk assessment exercises.
- Contributing to local and HO committees.
- Providing general backup for activities performed by other team members.
Eligibility
- Be European, except Italian.
- Be less than 28 years old.
- Hold a Master's degree.
Profile
You hold a postgraduate Master's degree from a university, business school or engineering school, specializing in Financial Security or Compliance. A minimum of six months' experience in Compliance or Financial Security is a plus.
Soft skills: Teamwork, responsiveness, discretion, moral integrity, self-motivation, analytical and summarizing skills, and problem-solving ability.
Hard skills: Initial knowledge of banking activities and applicable regulations, technical skills, and Microsoft Office.
Languages: Fluent English and French. Average knowledge of Italian is a plus.
