Within CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe) and on behalf of its branches, the Client Data team manages the administrative, IT and physical aspects of client files in accordance with the bank’s governance policy and applicable regulations.
You will contribute to the development of the Client Data Hub and work at the heart of client onboarding and KYC documentation updates. You will have regular contact with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels and across departments, including Front Office and Compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Validating new client onboarding files, including controls and administrative tasks
- Managing maintenance related to the life of client accounts
- Contributing to projects related to new regulations
- Conducting periodic reviews of client files
- Ensuring that client files are properly constituted at onboarding
- Following up on required documents according to events affecting client accounts
- Ensuring compliance with applicable AML-CFT and KYC procedures
- Guaranteeing the quality and completeness of client-file documentation
- Performing administrative tasks related to documentation, including data entry and checks
Profile
You have a BTS, Licence or Bachelor’s degree in administration or banking. Initial experience in this role or a similar role is an advantage; internships and work-study experience are accepted.
You are recognized for your rigor, team spirit, analytical, synthesis and writing skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will support your integration and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Fluent French, English and Italian are required.
