Collections Specialist with Slovenian

Your responsibilities would include:

• Owning the Customer Ledger, keeping it clean and clear, and meeting collection targets.
• Acting as a Business Partner to OpCos, including Cash/Pre Legal Collectors, Sales and Customer Service, to provide timely and accurate data and ensure effective collections.
• Working collaboratively with other HGSS teams to ensure effective delivery of collection processes and adherence to standards.
• Managing customer accounts and ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times.
• Identifying held orders and taking appropriate actions to resolve them in accordance with credit policy.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with the team to achieve team goals.
• Participating in meetings with OpCo stakeholders and providing updates on collection progress.
• Supporting and contributing to continuous improvement projects with OpCo and HGSS in line with HEINEKEN standards.
• Regularly updating the Team Leader about collection developments, opportunities and issues.
• Driving personal development in finance-specific skills and business knowledge and implementing a development plan.
• Ensuring process controls, policies and compliance are followed and suggesting improvements where appropriate.
• Maintaining complete and up-to-date process documentation.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Fluent Slovenian and English language skills.
• Experience related to Order to Cash or Customer Service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP and Excel.
• Ability to deal with resistance.
• Understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash process.
• Experience in a multinational environment, including Shared Services Centres.
