Experience: 8+ years of mobile software development experience with at least 1–2 years of hands-on technical leadership.
Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, Jira, Kubernetes, IaaC, and CI/CD tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Strategy: Design highly available, scalable cloud architectures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor backend developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a high-performance engineering culture.
- Development & Delivery: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure application performance, security, and high availability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend teams, and product managers in Germany to align technical execution with business goals.
Qualifications
- B.Tech/BE in Computer Science and Engineering.
- Experience in cloud development with DevOps engineering.
