Client Service Officer (Assistant.e de Gestion) - Zone Amérique Latine H/F

Within the Latin America Zone of our Wealth Management Division, you will play a key role by working with Relationship Managers in the administrative and operational management of client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clients with excellent service by executing stock market, foreign exchange, investment and transfer instructions in accordance with bank procedures and compliance rules.
- Maintaining high-quality client relationships, preparing visits, updating documentation and conducting independent call-backs.
- Acting as the link between clients and the bank's various operational departments.
- Managing the administrative and documentary process for account openings and closures.
- Processing credit file renewals, monitoring deadlines and checking the proper execution of transactions.
Profile
- University education in finance or economics.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Very good knowledge of CDB, AML, FinSA, CRS, QI and FATCA requirements and financial products.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Rigor, strong team spirit, ability to manage priorities and work independently, excellent customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
- Residence in Switzerland required.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in Portuguese, French and English; Spanish is an advantage.
