Job description

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking an intern to support the Monitoring, COO Change Management team within Transaction Banking Services. The role focuses on data analysis, performance management, reporting, business intelligence and process transformation.

Responsibilities include:

• Consolidating and analysing data from multiple areas, including finance and operations.
• Creating Power BI dashboards for budgetary and operational monitoring.
• Defining, structuring and automating reporting on cross-functional KPIs.
• Gathering and consolidating business requirements.
• Co-creating clear Business Requirement Documents with business managers and subject-matter experts.
• Testing and validating data against existing reports to ensure reliability.
• Contributing to worldwide reporting using Power BI.
• Collaborating with business teams to ensure the relevance of analyses.

Candidate profile

Applicants should have postgraduate-level education in business, engineering, computer science or a related university programme, specialising in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data or Finance. A first experience in finance, management control or data analysis is desirable.

• Strong knowledge of Power BI and data visualisation tools.
• Good knowledge of Excel and, ideally, SQL.
• Ability to structure and analyse large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Critical thinking and rigour when validating results.
• Autonomy, analytical skills, teamwork and initiative.

The internship starts on 1 October 2026 and lasts six months.
