Job description
Within the Customer and Operations Relations Department, attached to the Credit Debtors Service, you will contribute to managing banking risk.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Analyze and manage customer risk on a daily basis, including debtor management and overdraft breaches, in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Manage requests for exceptions relating to overdrafts and card limits.
- Recommend measures to take regarding risky cases.
- Contribute to processing over-indebtedness cases.
- Perform any operation necessary for the proper functioning of the unit.

Requirements
Minimum education level: two years of higher education (L2). Training at BAC+2 to BAC+3 in a field related to banking risk.
Experience level: 0–2 years.
- Interest in or skills related to risk analysis.
- Proficiency with office tools, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to react quickly and meet deadlines.
- Organized and rigorous approach.
Equivalent experience may be considered in place of the required qualification.
