Job description

Within LCL's Corporate, Institutional and Wealth Management Banking division, you will advise companies with annual revenues above €7 million through their operating, investment, acquisition, structured financing and international development projects.

As a Chargé d'Affaires Grandes Entreprises, your main responsibilities will include:

• Increasing the net banking income of your portfolio by developing loans, flows and deposits, with a focus on volume and margin.
• Developing business proactively with clients and prospects in the assigned segment, in cooperation with the experts of the Corporate Banking division.
• Selling the bank's products and services, including financing, investments, interest-rate and foreign-exchange products, cash management, payment methods, corporate finance, employee savings, insurance and wealth-management solutions.
• Originating value-added corporate finance transactions.
• Identifying the commercial strategy and structuring the resulting offer with the support of experts, and participating in negotiating and closing the offer.
• Contributing to the preparation of your portfolio budget and monitoring its achievement.
• Managing risks across your portfolio and working with the Credit department to implement and comply with credit decisions.
• Managing the activity of the Assistant Relationship Manager.
• Ensuring the administrative renewal of files and collecting legal and financial documents with the support of the Assistant Relationship Manager.
• Complying with KYC procedures for all entities in the portfolio.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
• Training in banking, finance, business school, engineering or university studies.
• Experience in coverage and/or corporate finance.
• 3–5 years of minimum experience.
• Commercial drive, strong interpersonal skills, strategic and financial analysis expertise, knowledge of corporate financing techniques, organizational skills, synthesis abilities and strong writing skills.
