Job description

Within Financing & Client Services, the role is responsible for setting up and monitoring transactions originated by the Front Office Funds Solutions Group, with a focus on operational risk management.

For credit portfolios in which CA CIB may act as agent, participant, or sole lender, the Agency & Transaction Management team manages the contractual and operational implementation of financing and monitors its progress through final repayment, working with numerous internal and external stakeholders.

As Chargé d'affaires Agency & Transaction Management Funds Solutions Group, you will:

• Participate in setting up financing: review and comment on legal documentation, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, prepare and organize closings, validate conditions precedent, establish financing and security arrangements, and complete risk certification.
• Manage the life of contracts, including drawdowns, repayments, re-drawings, syndication, letters of credit, releases, extensions, collection of financial information, covenant monitoring, guarantee validity, lender and client questions, waivers, amendments, and restructurings.
• Take responsibility for unwinding transactions, including refinancing, repayment, and release of guarantees.
• Update outstanding amounts, commitments, banking pools, net banking income, and covenants in internal monitoring and reporting tools.

Additional information

Most positions are eligible for remote work under the conditions of the company agreement, based on mutual agreement between the employee and manager and following successful onboarding.

Executive / Non Executive: Cadre

Minimum education: Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent. Training: Bac +5.

A successful experience in financing and/or guarantees/SBLC would be appreciated.

Minimum experience: 0–2 years.
