CDD - Client Operations Officer (Transfer Agent) - Private Equity and Real Estate Solutions H/F

Within the Private Equity and Real Estate Solutions (PERES) department, you will join the Investor Services team, responsible for processing operations and monitoring the investor register.
Working closely with other department teams and clients, your main responsibilities will include:
- Participating, in coordination with the Business Coordinator team, in events involving PERES structures, including launches and migrations, through analysis of the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and implementation of setups in the YARDI register position-keeping tool.
- Creating and configuring fund and company registers, investors, contacts and bank details in eFront, and keeping them updated.
- Coordinating with the AML/KYC department regarding the creation of fund investors and the progress of clients' and investors' AML/KYC statuses.
- Preparing and sending capital call notices and confirmations, as well as distribution, redemption and transfer notices to investors.
- Preparing and sending quarterly register position confirmations to investors.
- Coordinating with the company's various teams to ensure high-quality service.
- Preparing and sending annual register confirmations to auditors.
- Handling ad hoc requests from investors and clients.
- Managing clients in close collaboration with Malaysia and/or Canada.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Law or Management.
- Three to five years of experience, preferably in an alternative investment fund environment such as private equity, real estate or securitisation, or in investor relations.
- Knowledge of investment funds and financial instruments.
- Transfer Agent experience is an advantage.
- Autonomous, organised, rigorous and able to prioritise effectively.
- Team-oriented.
- Proficient in Excel, including financial formulas and pivot tables.
- Fluent in English and French.
The position is a six-month fixed-term contract. As part of the recruitment process, the selected candidate will be asked to provide a Luxembourg criminal record certificate extract No. 3, or an equivalent document for non-residents, issued less than three months earlier.
