Casual Retail Professional - Jindalee Factory Outlet, Brisbane

We are seeking a passionate Retail Professional for the adidas Jindalee Factory Outlet in Brisbane, QLD, on a casual basis.

The successful candidate will be an efficient, proactive retail sales enthusiast with a connection to sport and a desire to work for a global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store sales, KPI targets and individual performance targets, taking ownership and using available resources to meet or exceed them.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain established visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the full product offer is represented on the sales floor.
• Represent adidas brand and company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Requirements

You will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
