Objective of the job

Lead the car computer project system design review and be responsible for qualified delivery of design requirements and management of testing results. Drive the technical concept and agree on schedules, estimates, and risks with suppliers. Act as the project system leader for internal and external stakeholders; coordinate with the technical leader on chip requirement management and validation status. Support design for manufacturing workshops to ensure manufacturing input at an early stage of development. Manage product-related technical risks and problems and define countermeasures.

Responsibilities

Lead system design and collect requirements from all stakeholders for high-performance computing platforms with China-specific EEA requirements.
Analyze and decompose customer and regulatory requirements into system and technical specifications for infotainment and ADAS integration products.
Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for new architectures and product concepts.
Oversee the integration of hardware and software components, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure system solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, safety, validation, and project management, to deliver solutions and meet project milestones.
Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, cybersecurity, and local regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in automotive electronics, embedded systems, or high-performance computing platform development.
Experience with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; German is a plus.
Hands-on experience with system modeling tools such as CAMEO and Preevision, requirements management tools such as DOORS, and automotive communication protocols including CAN, Ethernet, and SOME/IP.
Ability to lead technical teams and interface with global and local stakeholders.
