Capgemini Invent's Data Driven Transformation team combines data science and engineering with business consulting to deliver production-ready impact across operations and customer domains.
Your role
As a Managing Consultant, AI Product & Innovation, you will lead full AI discovery and strategy engagements end to end, define engagement approaches, run delivery teams, and own the quality of strategy outcomes. You will advise VP-level client leaders and shape decisions across AI strategy, product innovation, and transformation execution.
- Lead AI product strategy engagements from scoping through final delivery.
- Own VP-level client relationships and manage complex organizational dynamics.
- Define engagement approaches, team structures, and delivery plans for complex programs.
- Shape AI product roadmaps and investment cases aligned with executive vision and technical realities.
- Identify expansion opportunities, lead proposals, and support deal closure.
- Build, mentor, and manage teams of Consultants and Senior Consultants.
- Contribute to AI product methodology, reusable assets, and thought leadership.
Skills and experience
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise AI, data, or digital product initiatives, primarily in consulting or advisory environments.
- Experience leading engagements end to end and managing VP-level client relationships.
- Fluency in foundation models, agentic frameworks, and AI governance tooling.
- Strong business development capabilities, including proposal leadership, executive selling, and account expansion.
- Experience building, managing, and mentoring small to mid-sized delivery teams.
- Strong executive communication and strategic storytelling skills.
Compensation and benefits
The base compensation range is $127,500.00–$249,350.00. Regular, full-time employees may receive benefits including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and employee assistance programs.
