Campaign Production Specialist
The Campaign Production Specialist supports the Print Production Manager in delivering campaign-related print production activity for Primark’s retail estate. The role sits at the heart of the production team, delivering campaigns across the global portfolio and working closely with the creative studio operations team.
What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end print production delivery from campaign briefing through production, delivery, and in-store execution.
- Lead day-to-day campaign operations, managing timelines, stakeholder communications, production plans, risks, volumes, and capacity constraints.
- Own campaign setup and management within the Production Process Platform, including workflows, documentation, version control, approvals, statuses, and dependencies.
- Partner with the Creative Studio Manager to manage critical path milestones and deliver print-ready assets on time.
- Coordinate with production partners and suppliers on handovers, scheduling, quotations, production timelines, and production challenges.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and sustainability standards are met while championing sustainable production and waste reduction.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in print production, marketing operations, or a production-led environment.
- Strong understanding of print processes, supplier management, and artwork or asset workflows.
- Confident use of production or workflow management platforms.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
- Commercial awareness, including experience supporting budgets and supplier negotiations.
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach suited to a fast-paced environment.
