C2C Collections Process Expert with German

Your Role

• Manage complex O2C cases, including billing corrections, unapplied cash, short-pays, disputes, and high-risk overdue items.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of customer financial data.
• Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Deliver O2C training, onboarding sessions, and knowledge-sharing workshops.
• Prepare operational reports such as aging reports, dispute logs, and reconciliation summaries.
• Act as the escalation point for internal teams and clients.

Your Profile

• Minimum 1 year of O2C experience covering billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation.
• Good spoken and written English and German skills, with a minimum B2 level.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and reporting tools.
• Ability to train, coach, and guide colleagues.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to document standardized processes.
