About the role
As a Market-to-Cash Business Process Analyst, you will work with multiple platforms to bring process insights to wider teams and unlock value for HEINEKEN’s EverGreen strategy. You will work closely with Insights, Process Orchestration and Mining teams to shape process intelligence and drive action across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyse process execution data to identify deviations from designed process intent and investigate likely root causes of conformance and performance issues.
- Track and report against established domain-specific KPIs and performance indicators.
- Maintain a consistent and accurate view of process health for stakeholder decision-making.
- Analyse Whatfix interaction data and internal NPS survey results to understand end-user engagement with process-supporting platforms.
- Identify friction points and adoption gaps that may indicate underlying process or enablement issues.
- Combine process signals from Celonis, New Relic, Whatfix, NPS, ARIS and Camunda to produce a joined-up domain-level view of process health.
- Connect system performance, user behaviour and conformance into a coherent narrative.
- Shape and present analytical findings in clear formats tailored to process owners and Standing Organisation teams.
- Formulate evidence-based improvement recommendations for identified process issues.
- Provide process owners and Standing Organisation teams with the information needed to assess, prioritise and act.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business process analysis, process intelligence or a related field.
- Strong business knowledge of the Market-to-Cash domain.
- Strong experience in data manipulation and translating data into actionable insights.
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives within the Market-to-Cash domain.
- Hands-on experience with process management and mining tools such as ARIS and Celonis.
- Experience using business intelligence and analytics tools including Power BI, Celonis, ARIS and Camunda, with a strong understanding of reporting capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
