Job description
Transaction-monitoring tool configuration and optimization
- Analyze the current configuration of the SafeWatch (Eastnets) transaction-monitoring tool.
- Assess the performance of existing scenarios.
- Propose adjustments and optimization of detection rules.
- Participate in configuring and implementing approved changes.
- Produce the functional and technical documentation required to maintain the system.
- Support business and compliance teams during testing and validation.
Automating data collection for EWRA requirements
- Contribute to a gap analysis between currently collected data and the data points identified in the AMLD RTS project.
- Formalize the compliance business requirements for automating data collection.
- Draft specifications defining automation rules, data-quality controls, and related requirements.
Follow-up of the FIRCO filtering-tool audit
- Monitor and implement remediation and/or optimization recommendations for the Firco2.13.0.0 filtering tool.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; training at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level from a business school, engineering school, or a Finance/Law master’s program, with a strong interest in information systems.
- Minimum five years of experience in banking compliance and financial-security projects.
- Expertise in AML/CFT systems and transaction monitoring.
- Significant experience configuring, optimizing, and tuning transaction-monitoring scenarios, ideally with SafeWatch or another market tool.
- Rigor, analytical ability, initiative, autonomy, and strong writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and process-modeling tools.
- Fluent English.
