Your Role
- Respond to client queries accurately via email and a case management system.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including HR benefits administration, rewards and compensation administration, workforce administration, case management, and helpdesk support.
- Process movements such as transfers, relocations, international mobility, and organizational structure changes, as well as leave and absence requests.
- Provide clarification on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or the agreed transition plan.
- Update process documentation, including process maps and procedures, within agreed timeframes using the defined support tool.
Your Profile
- At least 6 months of valid experience in the HR domain, including HR benefits administration or rewards and compensation administration.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and German at minimum B2 level.
- Baccalaureate diploma required.
- Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting.
- Positive team player.
