Your role
- Respond to clients’ queries accurately via email and case management systems.
- Process, maintain and administer HR transactions and provide support across talent development, mobility, workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, HR helpdesk and remuneration.
- Process movements, including transfers, relocations, international mobility and organization structure changes, as well as leave and absence requests.
- Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage assigned parts of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or the agreed transition plan.
- Update process maps, procedures and other documentation within agreed timeframes using the defined support tool.
Your profile
- At least 6 months of experience in HR.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech, minimum B2.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting.
- Positive team-player attitude.
