Join the NIKE Team as an Assistant Store Manager
As a Nike Assistant Store Manager, you’re the face of NIKE. You’ll work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guiding customers, leading your team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You’ll train your team, implement NIKE Service Principles, represent the brand and community, and lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver the best customer experience. You’ll also use your retail expertise to drive store growth strategies and build community partnerships.
Qualifications
- Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
- Three years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Experience using tools for conflict resolution, employee coaching, and counseling
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead a team and keep store functions running seamlessly
- Attract, assess, and onboard future teammates
- Equip store employees with the tools needed to succeed
- Lead store team and business results, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership
- Manage the product life cycle from the stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor
