About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Bergen Town Center store in Paramus, New Jersey. This role supports store leadership, builds effective team relationships, maintains high performance standards, and contributes to commercial decisions using profit-and-loss statements and store KPIs.

Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands, with occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. Employees frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
