Assistant Store Manager / Assistant Head Coach (w/m/d) – 37.5h – NFS Ingolstadt

NIKE, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Store Manager, Assistant Head Coach (w/m/d), 37.5 hours per week, for its NFS Ingolstadt store.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Head Coach to deliver a unique shopping experience and excellent customer service.
• Coordinate, support and develop a diverse team, including hiring, development, performance management and staffing.
• Manage tools and operational processes to achieve sales goals, optimize performance and increase customer satisfaction.
• Oversee commercial, athlete and customer-experience areas.
• Support the implementation of NIKE strategies, including sustainability, NIKE Membership and digital offerings.
• Provide insights to optimize the store’s position in the local market.
• Ensure all NIKE standards and guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with business partners across stores and headquarters.

Requirements

• Passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
• At least four years of experience in retail and/or leadership roles.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Extensive experience and competence in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Independent and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to build, develop and support a strong team.
• Willingness to work weekends and shifts.
