Job description

Within the Global Markets Division, the bond origination team handles financing issues on the bond markets for major French corporates and financial institutions.

Working with syndication and credit sales teams, the originator makes recommendations and prepares commercial proposals to obtain mandates for bond transactions on primary markets. Transactions may be structured in several currencies and public or private formats, including public bond tender offers.

During this internship, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and drafting market updates
• Contributing to the preparation of presentations and proposals
• Participating in transaction execution
• Coordinating with internal teams, including Syndication, Rating Advisory and Liability Management

Profile

• Postgraduate degree in finance or equivalent, from a university or business or engineering school
• Specialization in market or corporate finance
• First experience in market or corporate finance is an advantage
• Fluent French and English
• Curiosity, rigor, synthesis skills, and interpersonal and writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
