Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation
Provide operational, process and organizational management to the direct manager and team. Drive day-to-day business in the respective unit, provide ad hoc support on operational topics and work on business-unit-specific projects. Support a smooth communication flow between the unit and other business units and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Projects
- Support steering projects and ensure deadlines and targets are successfully achieved.
- Work closely with the direct manager, team and departments involved to ensure each project’s scope and direction remain on schedule.
- Manage the execution and completion of defined project plans by effectively coordinating people and resources.
- Manage and coordinate project briefs and assignments as requested or directed by the superior.
Presentations
- Create compelling presentations.
- Ensure consistency, flow and high quality of presentations.
Head Office Support
- Gather and provide information to key stakeholders in a user-friendly and presentable format.
- Organize meetings, take and distribute meeting notes, and follow up on action steps in a timely manner.
- Ensure alignment and smooth information flow among senior managers in the unit.
- Assist the direct manager with administrative tasks and duties, including calendar management and meeting organization.
- Represent the business unit internally to stakeholders such as Internal Communications and Events.
- Optimize departmental efficiency.
- Independently manage action tracking and updates within company systems that support reporting upwards and downwards.
Key Relationships
Senior management within the unit, business units and functions, the Board, Head Office, GOPS, Finance, IT, HR, functions within the business unit, markets, key accounts and external partners.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Business-related degree from an accredited college or university.
- Two years of relevant business experience in project management or administration.
Workplace and Benefits
