Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end digital briefs provided within agreed lead times to the EM Digital Ops team across brand, commercial, app, and CRM moments to achieve annual forecasts and other KPIs.
- Partner closely with Digital Activation and CRM teams across SEA and EM.
- Share benchmarks for best-in-class consumer journeys for the SEA eCommerce business in partnership with EM CX teams.
- Work with CRM, CX, and analytics digital experience teams to understand data and insights and identify optimization opportunities across owned ecosystem touchpoints.
- Follow the digital calendar while supporting in-season flexibility.
- Ensure on-time and in-full launch excellence and site walkthroughs, verify consumer journeys and site touchpoints, and flag or escalate issues, defects, and bugs through the nominated ticketing system.
- Monitor reported issues through resolution within agreed service-level agreements.
- Collaborate with DBA, BA, CRM, and CM teams on communications plans, campaigns, content requirements, and product-related activities.
- Support projects related to Digital Consumer Experience, including campaign launch updates, online readiness, and last-minute campaign changes.
- Support search engine optimization topics for the SEA eCommerce business in partnership with the EM SEO team.

Internal: SEA Brand team, DBA, BA, Membership, CM, SEA eCommerce Buying, EM Digital Ops, EM CRM, EM CX, and EM Analytics.
External: eCommerce service providers.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Abilities
- Deep understanding of online consumer behavior and shopping experience.
- Proven experience planning campaigns and executing on digital product front ends.
- Exposure to UI design and UX research is highly appreciated.
- Experience planning A/B testing is highly appreciated.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, stakeholder management, presentation, written, and verbal skills.
- Strong diligence, flexibility, adaptability, collaboration, time management, and sense of urgency.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships in a matrix organization.
- Intermediate Outlook and Word skills; Excel and PowerPoint skills; graphic or image design abilities are a bonus.
Requisite Education and Experience
3–5 years of experience in digital commerce across owned web and app platforms or marketplaces, with an understanding of online consumer behavior and shopping experience. A merchandising background is a plus.
