Assistant Commercial Transaction Banking - Institutions Financières Bancaires H/F

Job description

You will join the International Trade & Transaction Banking (ITB) division, which supports companies and financial institutions in France and internationally with risk and liquidity management and the optimisation and security of payment flows.

Within the commercial team responsible for a portfolio of banking financial institution clients, you will contribute to the creation of the new Smart Convert product for ITB financial institution clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Studying sales opportunities for the product.
• Participating in offer reviews with providers.
• Conducting data analysis to maximise foreign exchange opportunities.
• Participating in calibrating the AI model.
• Preparing reporting to promote the offer.
• Raising awareness among relevant Front and Back Office teams.
• Preparing marketing materials.
• Supporting preparation of the SIBOS interbank seminar and organising more than 300 client meetings.
• Targeting clients with the relevant sales teams.
• Contacting clients to organise meetings.
• Maintaining a dedicated schedule.
• Preparing meeting briefs.
• Assisting the Head of Origination with aspects of strategic planning.

Training and specialisation

University or business school education, specialising in banking, finance or international business.

Skills needed

• Commercial aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in French and English.
• International openness, curiosity, rigour, dynamism, responsiveness and autonomy.
