Analyste Financement de Projet (Energie et Infrastructure) – Portefeuille H/F

You will join the Energy & Real Assets (ERA) department of Crédit Agricole CIB, within the Energies & Infrastructures team and its Portfolio Management team.

You will contribute to the monitoring of risks and the commercial follow-up of project finance transactions negotiated and signed by the origination teams, particularly in the renewable electricity, natural resources and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual reviews of projects in the portfolio, including analysis of their economic, financial, legal and tax components, and monitor covenants analytically.
• Contribute to regular monitoring of the department's global portfolio.
• Contribute to waivers and contract amendments with the support of a portfolio manager.
• Negotiate with clients and the banking groups participating in the same financing.
• Exchange with legal and technical advisers.

You will work with portfolio managers, origination teams and risk teams, gaining insight into the different aspects of structured finance transactions.

Two positions are available, with start dates in January and March. The starting date shown for this offer is 04/01/2027, and the duration is 6 months.

Profile

• University, business school or engineering school education.
• Specialization in corporate finance or project finance.
• A first experience in corporate finance is desirable.
• Minimum level: 1-year Master's degree (M1).
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of corporate finance.
• Fluent French and English.
• Analytical ability, synthesis skills, interpersonal and writing skills, planning and organization, teamwork and adaptability.

The position is eligible for remote work under the applicable agreement, based on mutual agreement between the employee and manager and after successful integration.
