Analyste Chargé d'affaires - Financements Structurés Immobiliers H/F

You are looking for an internship in structured finance and have an interest in real estate? Join the Energy & Real Assets (ERA) department, within the Real Estate & Lodging team, responsible for originating, structuring and monitoring structured financing backed by real estate assets for major investors and companies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the analysis and structuring of financing transactions, including market studies, asset analysis, financial projections, sensitivity analyses and profitability calculations.
• Participate in drafting credit applications for presentation to decision committees.
• Support relationship managers in negotiating transaction structuring and legal documentation with advisers and clients.
• Coordinate with other bank business lines to ensure smooth information flow and transaction implementation.
• Contribute to monitoring the financing portfolio, including annual reviews, covenant monitoring and amendment requests.
• Participate in communication and marketing activities.

Two positions are available. The internship starts on 04/01/2027 and lasts 6 months. The position has no management responsibility and is non-executive.

Profile

Postgraduate degree or equivalent from a university, business school or engineering school, specializing in corporate finance. Previous experience in structured finance or real estate finance is desirable. Required skills include Microsoft Office, financial modeling, fluent French and English, synthesis, autonomy, willingness to learn, adaptability, interpersonal and writing skills, rigor and teamwork.
