Analyst Local HR Services with German

Your role

• Process, maintain and administer HR transactions and provide support.
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions within the team and across teams.
• Work with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments to meet contractual thresholds.
• Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures.
• Create and update required process documentation, including process maps and procedures, within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool.

Your profile

• Valid experience of 2–3 years in the HR domain.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and German at minimum B2 level.
• System data-entry experience with Workday, Oracle HCM, Taleo, SuccessFactors or similar systems.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle activities, including personal, job and pay changes; HR documentation; new hire and onboarding activities; transfers; leave and absences; promotions; relocations; and separations.
