Your role
- Manage the client engagement.
- Respond accurately to client queries and escalations via email and case management systems.
- Process, maintain, and administer HR transactions, including talent development, mobility, workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, HR helpdesk, and remuneration support.
- Provide clarification on HR policies and procedures.
- Update process maps, procedures, and other documentation within agreed timeframes.
- Resolve errors, escalations, and issues on time.
- Develop, mentor, and coach junior team members.
Your profile
- Strong process knowledge in employee help desk, workforce administration, or employee data administration.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with English and German at minimum B2 level.
- Experience managing employee lifecycle activities, including personal, job, and pay changes; HR documentation; onboarding; transfers; leave and absences; promotions; relocations; and separations.
- System data entry experience with Workday, Oracle HCM, Taleo, or SuccessFactors; ServiceNow is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Two to five years of experience in the HR domain.
