Purpose and impact

Contribute to store sales and adidas profit targets by inspiring, serving, and selling to consumers, executing store operations diligently, and supporting a consumer-centric culture.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with consumers entering the store and contribute to store sales and key performance indicators.
• Improve the consumer experience by applying adidas CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE service standards.
• Act as a brand advocate and use seasonal product and brand knowledge during consumer interactions.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points clearly.
• Use digital and omnichannel tools to provide a seamless shopping experience.
• Process merchandise deliveries and replenish fixtures to ensure the product range is represented on the sales floor.
• Complete sales transactions accurately while following cash protection procedures.
• Maximize add-on sales, build customer loyalty, and minimize loss.
• Maintain a safe, appealing, and easy-to-shop environment through operational, visual merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members and pursue ongoing coaching, training, and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills. The Arabic description specifies fluent spoken and written Arabic and indicates that fresh graduates without experience or candidates with one year of sales experience, particularly in sports fashion, may apply. The English description preferably requests one to two months of experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment.
