Task Description

Work for advanced autonomous driving.
Design and develop Ethernet drivers based on SoC, virtualization, Linux, QNX, and RTOS.
Configure Ethernet topology and VLANs.
Develop high-level protocols such as AVB, TSN, SOME/IP, and DoIP.
Support Ethernet measurement, including throughput and channel drop-rate analysis.
Optimize QNX Ethernet stack system performance for bandwidth, latency, reliability, system stability, and scalability.
Bring up hardware boards, including OS tailoring, bootloader, and drivers.
Optimize overall system performance.
Cooperate with internal and external partners on automated driving and driver assistance systems.
Work with onsite project teams, China-based counterpart teams, and suppliers on autonomous driving system requirements.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Experience: At least 8 years of software development experience with Linux or QNX; experience with Ethernet architecture for autonomous driving systems, Ethernet driver frameworks, QNX Ethernet stacks with NVIDIA Xavier or Orin processors, performance optimization, efficient implementations, and software debugging.

Intercultural competence and communication skills across hierarchy levels.
Independent and proactive working style, with willingness to travel within China and abroad for system testing.
Native Chinese speaker with fluent English; German is beneficial.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ARM and SoC architecture and development toolchains; proficient C and assembly programming; strong scripting skills including Python; experience with large software systems, DMA, and IPC mechanisms. Experience with QNX Ethernet architecture, io-pkt, NVIDIA Orin, or Xavier is preferred.
