The AD Toolchain Platform Full-Stack Developer is a key role within the Autonomous Driving Data team. This position focuses on the design, development, iteration and operation of autonomous driving data-driven platforms. You will mainly undertake backend development work and also participate in front-end development to deliver end-to-end platform capabilities.

Combining your Java/Python development experience with AD data-driven understanding, you will build high-performance, stable and scalable data platforms to support the full lifecycle of autonomous driving data collection, processing, labeling, training, simulation, evaluation and validation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, optimize and maintain backend services for the autonomous driving data-driven platform with Java and Python.
Engage in front-end development and page iteration to deliver end-to-end full-stack features.
Explore autonomous driving business scenarios covering data collection, cleansing, annotation, analysis and model training, and deliver tailored technical solutions.
Work with product, algorithm, testing and operation teams on requirements, technical design, coding, debugging and production release.
Resolve online issues and drive continuous technical optimization to improve platform efficiency, service quality and user experience.
Manage the full lifecycle of massive autonomous driving data, including collection, cleansing, annotation and governance.
Design and customize data interfaces, build data middle platforms and iterate data-driven toolchains.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Automotive Engineering or an equivalent field.
Experienced candidates: more than 5 years of experience in autonomous driving, vehicle software or simulation, including at least 3 years as a developer or solution architect focused on ADAS toolchains.
Fresh graduates: bachelor’s, master’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering or a related discipline, with strong interest in ADAS toolchains, autonomous driving and simulation technology.
Proficiency in Java or Python for backend implementation.
Solid knowledge of Linux systems, MQTT and RESTful APIs, and relational and non-relational databases.
Experience with database applications and performance optimization.
Experience with closed-loop simulation, multi-sensor data modeling, scenario rendering, road-test scenario mining or autonomous driving simulation toolchains is preferred.
Strong requirement management, analytical, problem-solving, communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
Fluent in English and available for domestic and overseas business trips.
