Sopra Steria is seeking an experienced bilingual 3DEXPERIENCE Project Manager to lead the business-side implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution for Completion activities.
The role serves as the primary business representative, working with the IT Project Manager, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and a team of Business Analysts and Business Experts to deliver and adopt the PLM solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM solution for Completion activities.
- Partner with the IT Project Manager to coordinate business and technical workstreams.
- Align the PLM solution with business requirements, operational processes, and strategic objectives.
- Manage and mentor Business Analysts and Business Experts.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, process reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Define, analyze, and optimize business processes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee business testing, UAT, readiness assessments, and deployment preparation.
- Promote collaboration among business teams, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Drive change management and user adoption initiatives.
- Ensure deliverables meet business expectations and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- 5+ years of experience with PLM systems.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Proven experience delivering PLM implementation or transformation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP certification required.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder-management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluent French and strong spoken and written English.
