Who you'll work with
Within the Global Places & Services team, you will report directly to the Employee Services Manager. You will help shape facilities across the Nike ELC campus, working closely with external partners and Nike colleagues to create a welcoming and inspiring workplace.
Who we are looking for
You are an energetic initiator who identifies opportunities and turns ideas into results. You will help shape the workplace experience for thousands of employees, from sport and wellbeing initiatives to inspiring workspaces and food experiences.
- At least 3 years of experience in employee experience, workplace services, facility management or project management.
- Experience leading complex projects in a dynamic, international environment.
- Comfort working with dashboards, analyses and tools such as Smartsheet, Qualtrics or comparable platforms.
- Ability to manage suppliers, contracts and budgets and build sustainable partnerships.
- Experience in hospitality, food services, sport and wellbeing, workspace design, cleaning services or landscaping is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Ability to inspire, persuade and connect stakeholders at every level of the organization.

- Activate internal communities and ambassadors and collaborate with communications, events, HR, prevention, security, finance and procurement.
Important
No relocation package is provided. Candidates must currently reside in Belgium to be considered, except for current cross-border workers.
