Who you'll work with
Within the Global Places & Services team, you report directly to the Employee Services Manager. As an Employee Services Specialist, you play a key role in shaping diverse workplace services on the Nike ELC campus. You work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to create an inspiring and distinctive employee experience.

- At least 5 years of experience in employee experience, workplace services, facility management or project management.
- Experience leading complex projects in a dynamic, international environment.
- Comfort working with dashboards, analyses and tools such as Smartsheet, Qualtrics or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage suppliers, contracts and budgets and build lasting partnerships.
- Experience in hospitality, food services, sport and wellbeing, workspace design, cleaning services or landscaping is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Ability to collaborate, influence without formal authority and mobilize stakeholders.

- Strengthen Nike culture through impactful experiences and campus initiatives.
- Activate communities, ambassadors and stakeholders inside and outside Nike.
- Collaborate with communications, events, HR, EHS, security, finance and procurement.
