Tasks

The Early Collections Department supports Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Spain by managing early-stage delinquencies through direct customer contact and coordination with external agencies. The team engages Spanish customers using tailored communication and negotiation strategies, and coordinates with third-party partners to arrange repossessions and vehicle transport.

• Conduct extensive research online, via dealerships and through the optical archive to find contact numbers and email addresses of unreachable clients.
• Cooperate and liaise with colleagues in Spain on matters including customer complaints, accounting, insurance, repossession and remarketing.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Berlin regarding Legal Collections.
• Support administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Studies in legal or banking fields, preferably, or comparable studies.
• Knowledge of Collections is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English knowledge.
• Highly driven, with strong learning ability and a desire to attain excellent results and continuously improve.
• Negotiation, communication and assertiveness skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Reliable and self-reliant way of working.

Additional Information

This is a temporary, part-time position that should preferably last for six months. The activity can begin from October 2026.
